在线翻转课堂教学模式的设计与实践——以“现代教育技术:理论建构与实践探索”课程为例

【摘 要】为解决疫情期间学生居家学习和持续学习的问题,教育部提出了“停课不停学”的要求,在线教学成为疫情期间高校教学的主要教学模式。为此,技术促进学习创新研究团队基于“智慧树在线教育平台”开发了“现代教育技术:理论建构与实践探索”在线开放课程,该课程采用任务驱动的教学理念,以任务步骤的形式探究知识内容,以混合教学的方式实施内容教学,以在线翻转教学的模式开展内容学习,以微课、MOOC的形式呈现核心要点,以学术百科的形式推送资源链接,以创新案例的形式展示教学范例。文章基于该课程的教学实践,主要从居家在线学习与在线翻转课堂教学模式的耦合、在线翻转课堂教学模式设计、在线翻转课堂教学实践、在线翻转课堂教学实践效果评价以及在线翻转课堂教学模式有效实施的反思与建议五方面进行探究,以期为疫情期间和后疫情时代的高校混合教学提供启示与建议。通过对学生在线学习数据进行深度分析发现,在线翻转课堂教学模式增加了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的学习投入,提升了学生的学习力,有效地促进了学生的在线深度学习。

Design and Practice of Online Flipped Classroom Teaching Model

——Taking “Modern Educational Technology: Theoretical Construction and Practical Exploration” as an Example

Abstract: The Ministry of Education put forward the deployment requirement of “Classes Suspended but Learning Continues”, in

order to solve the problem of students studying at home and continuous learning during the epidemic, Therefore, online teaching has become the main mode of teaching in colleges and universities during the epidemic. Technology-Enhanced Learning Innovation Research Team has developed an online open course “Modern Education Technology: Theoretical Construction and Practice Exploration” based on Zhihuishu Online Education Platform. The course adopts task-driven teaching concept, explores the knowledge content in the form of task steps, implements content teaching in a mixed way, carries out content learning in the mode of online flipped teaching, presents the core points in the form of micro courses and MOOC, pushes resource links in the form of academic encyclopedias, and demonstrates teaching examples in the form of innovative cases. Based on the teaching practice of the course, this article explores the five aspects of home-based online learning and online flipped classroom teaching mode, online flipped classroom teaching mode design, online flipped classroom teaching practice, practical effect evaluation of online flipped classroom teaching mode and the enlightenment and suggestions for the effective implementation of online flipped classroom teaching mode, in order to provide enlightenment and suggestions during and after blended teaching mode. Through in-depth analysis of students’ online learning data, it is found that online flipped classroom teaching mode increases students’ learning interest, improves their learning engagement, enhances their learning ability, and effectively promotes students’ online deep learning.
