【摘 要】如何在国家发展大势下为我国社区治理体系建设和治理能力现代化提出行之有效的建议，通过充分发挥社会工作专业优势助力基层社会治理，是我国国家治理体系和治理能力现代化发展必须要面对的问题。本文从社会治理与社区治理关系的角度，用专业社会工作视角对社区治理能力建设与专业社会工作服务的行动策略做了分析，并对当前社区治理发展进行讨论。

Action Strategies and Reflection of Professional Social Work Taking Participate in Community Governance

Abstract: How to put forward effective suggestions for the construction of community governance system and the modernization of governance capacity under the general situation of national development, and effectively help the grass-roots social governance by giving full play to the professional advantages of social work, are main issues confronted in the modernization development of national governance system and governance capacity. Under aspects of the relationship between social governance and community governance, this paper analyzes the action strategies of community governance capacity building and professional social work services from the perspective of professional social work, and discusses current development of community governance.
