互联网时代促进外来务工人员城市融合的教育策略 ——基于继续教育与终身学习的视角

【摘 要】互联网发展为人们的继续教育和终身学习提供了前所未有的条件,亦为外来务工人员的城市融合提供了新的机遇和挑战。本研究采用问卷调查的方法,对北京市外来务工人员参与继续教育和终身学习的现状、动机、困难以及学习需求进行调研。研究发现,信息技术对于促进外来务工人员的继续教育和终身学习有重要作用,且外来务工人员信息技术使用水平较高,但大部分外来务工人员存在学历层次较低、学习困难大等问题。为此,本研究立足于继续教育与终身学习的现状,从经济、政治、心理文化三个层面提出互联网时代下促进北京市外来务工人员城市融合的具体建议:为外来务工人员定制所需课程,采用灵活多样的混合式学习方式,提供教育政策保障等多种途径,以期为大都市借助继续教育与终身学习推动外来务工人员城市融合进程的实践提供借鉴。

The Education Strategy for Urban Integration of Migrant Workers in the Internet Era: From the Perspective of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning

Abstract:The development of Internet provides unprecedented conditions for people’s continuing education and lifelong learning, and also provides new opportunities and challenges for migrant workers’ urban integration. The purpose of this study is to provide reference for the metropolis to promote the urban integration of migrant workers with the help of continuing education and lifelong learning. This study adopts the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the status quo, motivation, difficulties and learning needs of migrant workers in Beijing to participate in continuing education and lifelong learning. It is found that information technology plays an important role in promoting the continuing education and lifelong learning of migrant workers. Although the level of migrant workers’ use of information technology is relatively high, most migrant workers still can’t participate in learning effectively. For this reason, this research is based on the status quo of continuing education and lifelong learning, proposing specific suggestions for promoting the urban integration of migrant workers in Beijing in the internet era from the perspectives of economic, political and psychological culture. It is expected to customize the required courses for migrant workers and adopting flexible a variety of blended learning methods, providing education policy guarantees and other methods.
