现代职教体系下新型职业农民学习动机影响因素研究——以长三角某市为例

【摘 要】近年来,农村“空心化”“老龄化”日渐严重,培育新型职业农民是当前亟须完成的工作。本研究通过混合式调查法对长三角某市新型职业农民学习动机现状进行调研,运用逐步回归分析方法构建了求知兴趣、外界刺激、职业发展和自我展望四个因素对农民学习动机产生影响的回归模型。其中自我展望对学习动机的解释力是最高的。整体看来,新型职业农民在职业发展过程中有较高的学习动机,但缺少学习机制、适切的学习内容和学习渠道。据此提出,面向2035社会主义现代化发展,应着力构建纵向贯通、横向融通的现代职教体系;大力发挥职业学校(院校)的作用,形成开放多元的新型职业农民继续教育供给渠道;打造适合新型职业农民学习需求的课程体系;建立信息化、智能化学习支持服务系统,从而解决新型职业农民培育的难题。

A Study on Influencing Factors of Learning Motivation of New-type Professional Farmers Based on the Modern Vocational Education System: Take a City in the Yangtze River Delta as an Example

Abstract:Rural hollowing and aging are recent geographic phenomenon that have received significant attention. Therefore, cultivating new-type professional farmers is an urgent task. This article investigated the current situation of the learning motivation of new-type professional farmers in a city in the Yangtze River Delta by using the hybrid survey method, and constructed a regression model consist of four factors influencing farmers’ learning motivation: cognitive interest, external stimulation, career development and self-outlook, by using the method of stepwise regression analysis. Among them, self-outlook is the most prominent explanatory factor on learning motivation. New-type professional farmers have high learning motivation in the process of career development, but lack learning mechanism, appropriate learning content and learning channels. Therefore, facing the development of socialist modernization 2035, the following suggestions are given: striving to build a modern vocational education system with vertical connection and horizontal integration; giving full play to the role of Vocational Schools (colleges) to form an open and diversified supply channel for the continuing education of newtype professional farmers; creating a curriculum teaching system suitable for the learning needs of new-type professional farmers; establishing an information-based intelligent learning support service system, so as to solve the difficulties of cultivating new-type professional farmers.
