文献计量视角下的在线合作交互行为研究

【摘 要】人工智能为在线合作学习提供了一定的技术支持,学习者能够依托媒体进行在线交互与合作学习。目前已有多种在线合作交互行为分析模型,但在线合作中的交互涉及多个维度,这些交互的分类在概念界定上存在包含和交叉,且在交互维度中探究在线合作问题解决仍存在空白。为了更好地服务网络学习环境中的交互行为分析,为在线交互中的合作问题解决提供研究基础,研究以2010至2019年间Web of Science 数据库核心合集收录的网络学习环境中交互行为研究为主题的论文为样本,运用CiteSpace软件绘制可视化分析图谱,并通过二次文献分析,对在

线合作交互行为研究进行梳理。通过收集发文情况、高影响力文献、核心关键词等数据,着重分析在线合作交互行为研究中社会认知、多元化学习环境、技术支持和学习者能力水平等因素对交互行为的影响,并提出未来的研究热点将集中于从交互式的学习环境、教与学策略、博弈论或对策论视角探究合作交互行为的差异,从而继续优化在线合作交互行为分析模型。研究结果表明:网络学习环境中在线合作交互行为分析的研究前沿将从交互对象、交互环境和学习策略拓展到学习者行为的预测和优化策略。

Research of Online Collaborative Interaction Behavior Based on Bibliometrics Method

Abstract:Artificial intelligence provides certain technical support for online cooperative learning. Learners can rely on the media for online interaction and cooperative learning. At present, there exists a variety of online cooperation interaction behavior analysis models, but the interaction in online cooperation involves multiple dimensions. The classification of these interactions has inclusion and intersection in the definition of concepts, and there is still a blank in exploring online cooperation problem solving in the interaction dimension. In order to better serve the analysis of interaction behavior in e-learning environment and provide a research basis for solving cooperation problems in online interaction, based on the core collection of the database on Web of Science from 2010 to 2019 , this article uses CiteSpace software to draw a visual analysis map of the articles on the subject of interaction behavior in e-learning environment, and combs the research on online cooperative interaction behavior through the secondary literature analysis. By collecting the data of published articles, high impact literature, core keywords, this article focuses on the analysis of the influence of social cognition, diversified learning environment, technical support and learners’ability level on the interaction behavior in the research of online cooperative interaction behavior. It is proposed that future research hotspots will focus on exploring the differences of cooperative interaction behavior from the perspective of interactive learning environment, teaching and learning strategies, and game theory/ game theory, in order to further optimize the analysis model of online cooperative interaction behavior. The results show that the research frontier of online cooperative interaction behavior analysis in e-learning environment will expand from interaction objects, interaction environment and learning strategies to prediction and optimization strategies of learners’behavior.
