学习需求导向的幼儿教师远程教育资源建构

【摘 要】近年来,随着远程教育的迅速发展和幼儿教师从业要求的不断提升,许多幼儿教师选择通过远程学习来提升自己的专业素养与技能。在对504名接受远程教育的在职幼儿教师的问卷调研中发现:学习者年轻且从业年限短的居多,难以保障长时间集中学习,对学前教育专业技能和实践经验有着突出的学习需求。在此基础上,本研究认为构建幼儿教师远程虚拟实训平台、适宜于幼儿教师认知负荷的视频与图文资源、具有实践意义的远程微格教学资源以及基于混合学习模式的面授教学资源,可在一定程度上满足和解决幼儿教师的学习需求和存在的问题。

Distance Learning Resources Construction Based on Learning Needs of Kindergarten Teachers

Abstract:With the rapid development of distance education in recent years, the growing professional demand for inservice kindergarten teachers drive many teachers to undertake credential programs in Radio and TV University thus to enhance their professional knowledge and skills. This study surveyed 504 kindergarten teachers enrolled in Radio and TV University. As a result, most of them are found difficult to guarantee long time learning, and their most-felt learning needs are professional skills and practical experience in the kindergartens.. A strategy is hence proposed to solve these problems, namely to construct the distance training platform based on virtual reality technology and to construct the microteaching resources as well as face-to-face tutoring services provided in a blended teaching model.
