我国高校继续教育研究与创新水平现状研究

【摘 要】继续教育院校的研究与创新水平不仅是办学水平的重要体现,也是推动继续教育改革发展、社会经济转型发展的重要动力。本文基于1 888份高等学校继续教育发展年度报告,对我国高校继续教育研究与创新水平进行了实证评估,发现我国高校继续教育研究与创新水平整体良好,区域发展较为均衡,不同层次高校水平差异显著,在专门研究机构建设和研究成果产出方面较为薄弱,混合式教学模式受到广泛认可和持续推广,校企合作的人才培养模式深入开展,研究成果服务社会经济发展意识普遍较强。

Research on the Current Situation of the Research and Innovation Level of Continuing Education in China

Abstract: The level of research and innovation in continuing education institutions is not only an important refl ection of the level of running continuing education institutions, but also an important driving force to promote the reform and development of continuing education and socio-economic transformation. Based on 1 888 annual reports on continuing education in colleges and universities in 2017, this paper evaluates the research and innovation level of continuing education in colleges and universities in China. It is found that the overall level of continuing education in colleges and universities in China is satisfying, the regional development is relatively balanced, and universities at different levels is signifi cantly different. It is also found that construction of specialized research institutions and the output of research results are relatively weak. Hybrid teaching mode is widely recognized and continuously promoted. Talents training modes of school-enterprise cooperation are carried out in depth. Awareness of using research results to serve the social and economic development is generally strong.
