同伴提问支架:促进大学生批判性思维的创新实践研究

【摘  要】在培养21世纪高素质人才的背景下,批判性思维被认为是学习者必备的重要能力。本文旨在深入探讨支架式教学在提高学生批判性思维能力方面的有效性,尤其关注同伴提问支架在项目式学习中的应用。据此,本研究构建了基于项目式学习课程流程的教学设计方案,该方案要求学生利用在线论坛进行交流,并通过小组合作及同伴提问互动来完成既定的学习任务。通过对照实验的方法,本文对学习者在在线论坛的讨论数据以及批判性思维能力测试结果进行了分析,以评估同伴提问支架在促进学生批判性思维发展方面的实际效果。实践表明,同伴提问支架能够有效地激发学生积极参与讨论,引导他们提出深入且具有启发性的问题,从而促进了同伴深度知识建构和批判性思维能力培养。教师在教学过程中应鼓励学生积极提问,为学生提供结构化的提问支架,以引导学生进行更深层次的思考和讨论。

Peer Question Scaffolding: Innovative Practices for Promoting Critical Thinking in University Students

Abstract: In the context of cultivating high-quality talents in the 21st century, critical thinking is considered an essential capability for learners. This article delves into the efficacy of scaffolding instruction in enhancing students’ critical thinking skills, with a particular focus on the application of peer questioning scaffolds within project-based learning. Consequently, a teaching design plan aligned with the curriculum of project-based learning is formulated, which necessitates students to engage in online forum discussions and to fulfill learning tasks through group collaboration and interactive questioning among peers. Utilizing a controlled experimental approach, data from online forum discussions and results from critical thinking ability assessments is analyzed to evaluate the practical impact of peer questioning scaffolds on students’ critical thinking development. The findings indicate that peer questioning scaffolds effectively stimulate active student participation in discussions, guiding them to pose profound and thought-provoking questions, thereby fostering deep knowledge construction and the cultivation of critical thinking skills among peers. Educators are suggested to encourage students to actively question and provide structured questioning scaffolds to facilitate deeper contemplation and discourse.
