面对面协作学习活动中大学生反思能力的发展轨迹研究

【摘 要】反思是促进学习者批判性思维与创造性思维提升的重要能力。反思具有显著的个体差异,这种差异对学习者在协作学习中的绩效具有重要影响。研究对26名本科生在面对面协作学习活动中的实践反思日志进行认知网络分析,探究不同绩效学习者反思能力的差异与演变轨迹。结果发现:高低绩效学习者的反思能力存在显著差异,高绩效学习者的反思水平优于低绩效学习者;高绩效组反思能力呈“浅层—深层—浅层”的发展规律,低绩效组反思能力呈“无反思—浅层—无反思”的趋势。对此,从提升低绩效学习者的协作投入度、为高低绩效学习者提供个性化协作脚本及提升高低绩效学习者的协作动力三方面提出提升大学生反思能力的相应建议,以期促进大学生反思能力的深化和发展。

Research on the Development Trajectory of Reflective Abilities of College Students in Face to Face Collaborative Activities

Abstract: Reflection is an essential competency that enhances learners’critical and creative thinking. Reflection exhibits significant individual differences, which exert crucial impacts on learners’ performance in collaborative learning. This study conducted cognitive network analysis on practical reflective journals from 26 undergraduate students during collaborative learning activities to investigate the differences and evolutionary trajectories of reflective abilities among learners with varying performance levels. The results showed significant differences in reflective abilities between high- and low-performance learners, with high-performing learners demonstrating superior reflective abilities compared to low-performing learners; the reflective abilities of the high-performing group followed a “superficial-deep-superficial”developmental pattern, while the low-performing group exhibited a “non-reflective-superficial-non reflective” trend. Recommendations are proposed to enhance students’ reflective abilities from three aspects: improving collaborative engagement among low-performing learners, providing personalized collaboration scripts for both high- and low-performance learners, and strengthening collaborative motivation of both high- and low-performance learners. These suggestions aim to deepen and develop learners’reflective abilities.
