【摘 要】基于信息系统持续使用期望确认理论(ECM-ISC),引入感知交互友好性、群体影响等变量,构建了中小学教师生成式人工智能(GenAI)持续使用意愿的影响因素模型。研究结果显示:中小学教师GenAI持续使用意愿主要受感知交互友好性、感知教学支持性、GenAI会话质量、社会影响以及满意度的直接影响。期望确认度和GenAI平台质量主要通过影响满意度间接作用。此外,性别、年龄、学历等个人特征对持续使用意愿的影响不显著。基于此,文章从GenAI开发者、学校管理层和教师三个主体出发提出针对性策略,以提升教师GenAI持续使用意愿,推动GenAI在基础教育中的应用。

A Study on the Influencing Factors of Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ Continuance Intention toward GenAI Use

Abstract: Based on the Expectation Confirmation Model of Information System Continuance (ECM-ISC) and introduced variables such as perceived interaction friendliness and social influence, this article constructed a model of factors influencing primary and secondary school teachers’ continuance intention toward Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). Results showed that primary and secondary school teachers’ continuance intention toward GenAI is directly influenced by perceived interaction friendliness, perceived instructional support, GenAI conversation quality, social influence, and satisfaction. Expectation confirmation and GenAI platform quality mainly affect the continuance intention indirectly through satisfaction. Furthermore, personal characteristics such as gender, age, and educational level show no significant effects on continuance intention toward GenAI. Based on these findings, the article proposed strategies from three stakeholders- GenAI developers, school administrators, and teachers- to enhance teachers’ continue intention toward GenAI and promote its application in basic education.
