以学校改进为始终增强校长领导力的实践策略——来自吴甡校长工作室的八年探索

【摘 要】提升中小学校长领导力水平离不开基于学校改进与发展的实践探索过程。当前学校领导干部的培训大多以专家学者讲授、名校长经验分享和行政领导讲话为主要方式,缺少来自一线校长之间的经验分享与深入交流,更缺乏将所学付诸学校实践的后续指导与支持。近年来,全国各地基层教育行政部门陆续成立了许多名校长工作室,目的在于推广当地知名校长的成功办学经验、增强本地更多校长的治校理教能力。赢得创办“老百姓家门口好学校”社会声誉的北京市广渠门中学原校长吴甡及其团队,应河北、北京、内蒙等地教育行政部门的邀请,开展“吴甡校长工作室”的教育实践探索。本文以此为案例,尝试“以学校改进变革实践为始终,提升校长领导力”为主线,从其过去八年的实践中梳理提炼其所积淀的实践策略与可行路径。

Practical Strategies for Enhancing Principal Leadership Through School Improvement: Insights from Eight Years of Exploration in the Wu Shen Principal Studio

Abstract: Enhancing the leadership competence of primary and secondary school principals cannot be separated from practical exploration processes based on school improvement and development. However, current training for school leadership cadres still predominantly relies on lectures by experts and scholars, experience sharing by renowned principals, and requirements from administrative leaders, while lacking experience sharing and in-depth communication among frontline principals themselves, and even more lacking subsequent guidance and support for implementing what has been learned into school practice. In recent years, local grassroots education administrative departments have established numerous Master Principal Studios, aiming to promote the successful school management experiences of local renowned principals and enhance the school governance capabilities of more principals in the region. Wu Shen, the former principal of Beijing Guangqumen Middle School, which has earned the social reputation of creating“a good school in the neighborhood”, and his team were invited by education administrative departments in Hebei, Beijing, Inner Mongolia, and other regions to conduct educational practice exploration through the“Wu Shen Principal Studio”. Taking this as a case study, this paper attempts to follow the main thread of“enhancing principal leadership through school improvement and transformation practices”, sorting out and extracting the accumulated practical strategies and feasible paths from its past eight years of practice.
