计算机支持协作学习环境中情感本体的构建

【摘要】计算机支持协作学习(CSCL)环境中情感状态的识别与表达,是小组协作学习活动成功的关键因素,应用于CSCL环境中的情感计算技术可以为协作学习环境中的学习者提供有效的情感反馈和支持。为了帮助实现这一目标,在此借鉴情感本体和协作学习本体研究,以活动理论为基础,创建CSCL情感本体,用于描述CSCL环境中与情感相关的实体、概念、属性以及它们之间的关系,讨论了CSCL情感本体与知识库和ECA规则系统事件生成的关系。最后利用本体来定义和构建CSCL环境,实验结果显示:组内成员之间的情感状态不存在显著差异,但实验组和控制组之间的情感状态则存在着显著差异;CSCL环境情感本体为实验组参与者提供了情感感知和情感反馈,有助于学习者更好地了解小组成员的情感状态,从而更好地开展协作活动。

Analysis of An Emotional Ontology in Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning Environment

Abstract: The key factor for the success of collaborative learning activities is the recognition and expression of the emotional states in CSCL environment. Affective computing technology can provide effective affective feedback and support for learners in a collaborative learning environment. Based on the Activity Theory, we design a CSCL emotional ontology for representing relevant aspects of emotion-related entities, concepts, attributes and their relationships in the CSCL environment. Once the ontology is formalized, it is used to design CSCL environment. The experiment shows that there is no significant difference in the emotional statement between members inside the group, but there is a significant difference in the emotional state between experimental group and control group. The CSCL environment, based on the ontology, provides affective feedback to the experimental group participants, which helps the learners to better understand the emotional states of the group members and have effective emotion management in the collaborative activities.
