在线学习者持续学习意愿的影响因素研究

【摘 要】随着在线学习用户的持续增长,探究如何让用户产生并保持持续学习的意愿,提高用户的留存率成为在线学习有效开展的重要条件。本研究立足ECM视角,探讨了期望确认、学习满意度、感知有用性、好奇心、态度对在线学习者持续学习意愿的影响,利用结构方程模型分析发现:态度对持续学习意愿具有重要的影响,期望确认、学习满意度、好奇心对持续学习意愿具有一定的影响,感知有用性对持续学习意愿不产生影响。基于以上研究发现,本研究提出了增强在线学习者持续学习意愿的四个建议。

Research on the Influencing Factors of Online Learners’ Continuous Learning Intention: Based on the ECM Perspective

Abstract:With the continuous growth of online learning users, exploring how to maintain users’continuous learning intention and improving user retention has become an important part of the effective development of online learning. Based on the perspective of ECM and through the modeling of structural equation, this study explores the influence of expectation confirmation, learning satisfaction, perceived usefulness, curiosity and attitude on the continuous learning intention of online learners. The results show that attitude has an important influence on continuous learning intention, while expectation confirmation, learning satisfaction, and curiosity have certain influence on continuous learning intention, whereas perceived usefulness has no influence on continuous learning intention. Based on the above research findings, four suggestions are proposed, aiming to enhance online learners’continuous learning intention.
