【摘 要】随着《全球数字契约》在2024年联合国未来峰会上的发布,世界各国达成了一项新的国际共识:技术在构建更美好的现在和确保更可持续的未来中扮演着重要角色。没有教育,就无法实现这样的现在和未来。《教育数字化转型的六大支柱:通用框架》报告从系统的角度分解了教育数字化转型的基本组成部分,呈现了描述教育数字化转型大图景的通用框架,该框架的外层代表了愿景(目的、优先事项和原则),而内层包括六个支柱:协调和领导力、连通和基础设施、成本和可持续性、能力和文化、内容和解决方案、数据和证据。框架被视为一个工具,可以支持决策者制定全面的愿景和参与性策略,便于利用技术推进教育系统目标,使用它的教育利益相关者能够更有效地应对新发展、新兴技术和不断变化的教育需求。

Six Pillars for the Digital Transformation of Education: A Common Framework

Abstract: With the launch of the Global Digital Compact at the 2024 United Nations Summit of the Future, countries worldwide ushered in a new international consensus on the role of technology to build a better present and to secure a more sustainable future. Neither of these can exist without education. This document breaks down the essential components of digital transformation in education from a systematic perspective. The outer layer of the framework represents the vision (purpose, priorities and principles) while the inner layer comprises six pillars: coordination and leadership, connectivity and infrastructure, cost and sustainability, capacity and culture, content and solutions, and data and evidence. The framework serves as a tool to support decision makers in the development of a holistic vision and participatory strategies for the use of technology to advance education system goals, allowing education stakeholders who use it to respond more effectively to new developments, emerging technologies and evolving educational needs.
