数智时代在线教学成熟度模型构建研究

【摘 要】数智技术驱动在线教学实践创新发展,构建与时俱进的在线教学评价指标体系,是满足现实发展的必然要求。本文引入成熟度模型,借鉴知识转移系统理论,设计了包含初始级、新手级、过渡级、发展级和领先级五个成熟度等级,以及教学过程、教学资源、教学环境、学生和教师五维度的在线教学成熟度模型(PREST-5L)评价框架。分析数智化时代在线教学发展的关键问题并结合德尔菲法,最终形成包含25个关键过程域和55个关键实践的模型指标体系,为从宏观、中观和微观的视角比较在线教学数智化发展提供了新的评价工具,为优化教育数智化转型的实施路径和相关决策提供了参考。

Research on the Development of Online Teaching and Learning Maturity Model in the Digital Intelligence Era

Abstract: The innovation and development of online teaching practices driven by digital intelligence technologies necessitate the construction of an up-to-date online teaching evaluation index system to meet practical developmental demands. This article introduces a maturity model, drawing on knowledge transfer system theory to design an Online Teaching Maturity Model (PREST-5L) evaluation framework containing five maturity levels (initial, novice, transitional, developmental, and leading) and five dimensions (teaching process, teaching resources, teaching environment, students, and teachers). By analyzing critical issues in online teaching development during the digital intelligence era and employing Delphi method validation, it ultimately establishes a model index system comprising 25 key process areas and 55 key practices. This framework provides a novel evaluation tool for macro-, meso-, and micro- level comparisons of digital intelligence development in online teaching, facilitating the optimization of implementation pathways and decision-making processes in educational digital intelligent transformation
