数字化赋能首都家校社协同育人:应用场景、实现路径与行动策略

【摘 要】在数字化转型加速推进与教育治理现代化诉求日益凸显的背景下,家校社协同育人迎来了新的机遇与挑战。北京市积极推进数字化赋能家校社协同育人的创新实践:应用场景上打造互动联通、资源共享及多方融合的生态环境;实现路径上构建覆盖平台基础支撑能力、主体实践能力与共同体协同能力的赋能体系;行动策略上坚持深化特色实践、完善保障机制和持续深度耕耘的发展方向。其以多元举措取得了实践成效,逐步形成了以政府主导、多方参与、技术赋能和特色创新相结合的实践模式,为推进家校社优质高效的育人合作提供了有益参考。

Digital Empowerment of Home-School-Community Collaborative Education in Beijing: Application Scenarios, Implementation Pathways, and Action Strategies

Abstract: Amid the accelerating digital transformation and increasingly prominent demands for the modernization of educational governance, home-school-community collaborative education faces both new opportunities and challenges. Beijing has actively advanced innovative practices in digitally empowering home-school-community collaborative education: in terms of application scenarios, it has fosters an interactive, interconnected, resource-sharing, and multi-stakeholder integrated ecological environment; regarding implementation pathways, it has established an empowerment system covering platform-based foundational support capabilities, stakeholders’ practical capacities, and community collaborative abilities; in action strategies, it adheres to a developmental pulse of deepening distinctive practices, improving safeguard mechanisms, and sustaining in-depth cultivation. Through there multifaceted measures, practical results have been achieved, gradually forming a practice model that combines government leadership, multi-stakeholder participation, technological empowerment, and characteristic innovation, thereby providing a valuable reference for advancing high-quality and efficient educational cooperation among homes, schools, and communities.
