【摘 要】在人工智能蓬勃发展的时代背景下,学校编程社团课程作为培养学生计算思维和创新能力的重要实践载体,其建设与实践效果备受关注。本研究通过构建“课程—生态”双维分析框架,系统梳理出校内统筹型、跨校交互型和校企合作型三种典型实践样态。研究发现,当前学校编程社团课程面临课程系统与生态系统交织的整体性挑战,普遍存在目标偏离、内容碎片化、师资短缺等现实困境。据此,从构建理念传导与评价驱动的育人闭环、打造校本特色的课程与资源供给模式、建立减负赋能与多元激励的教学支持系统三大维度提出优化策略,以期有效提升学校编程社团课程的育人质量与实践活力。

Practice Forms, Realistic Dilemmas, and Optimization Pathways of School Programming Club Courses

Abstract: Against the background of the vigorous development of artificial intelligence, school programming club courses, as an important practical vehicle for cultivating students’computational thinking and innovative ability, have attracted considerable attention regarding their construction and practical effects. By constructing a dual-dimensional“curriculum-ecology”analytical framework, this study systematically identifies three typical practical forms: the school-based coordinated type, the cross-school interactive type, and the school–enterprise cooperative type. The study finds that current school programming club courses face systemic challenges arising from the interweaving of the curriculum system and the ecological system, with prevalent realistic dilemmas such as goal deviation, content fragmentation, and teacher shortage. Accordingly, optimization strategies are proposed from three dimensions: constructing an education closed loop driven by concept transmission and evaluation, creating a school-based distinctive curriculum and resource supply model, and establishing a teaching support system characterized by burden reduction, empowerment, and diversified incentives, so as to effectively enhance the educational quality and practical vitality of school programming club courses.
