基于全面育人观的社区教育课程体系构建及现状检视——以北京为例

【摘 要】社区教育因其目标的多元化、实施主体的多样性、课程设置的时代性等特点,课程体系也因地域和时代而呈现出很大差异。为更好地构建社区教育课程体系,促进社区教育工作的开展,本文在全面育人观的思想指导下,以德智体美劳五育并举的分类方式,提出了全面育人观下社区教育的课程体系,并以北京的实际调研数据为例对课程分类进行了验证和检视。在此基础上提出了提升社区课程引领性、完善资源共享力度和增强多元主体参与课程建设的建议。

Current Situation Inspection of Community Education Curriculum and Its Construction based on Comprehensive Education Concept: Take Beijing as an Example

Abstract: Community education follows diversity in its goals, implementation subjects and the contemporaneity of the curriculum accordingly. Therefore the curriculum varies due to region and time. To build better community education curriculum and to promote its implementation, this article puts forward community education curriculum supported and guided by comprehensive education concept with the classification of moral, intellectual, physical, artistic and labor education, and verifies and examines this classification with data taken from a survey in Beijing. Suggestions are puts forward, namely enhancing the leadership of community education curriculum, strengthening course resource sharing and advancing participation of multiple subjects in curriculum construction and design.
