AI-TPACK理论视角下教师智能教育素养: 模型构建及培养策略

【摘  要】智能技术与教育的创新融合发展,引发了公众对教师智能教育素养的密切关注。在此背景下,本研究基 于智能技术与教育融合的教师专业发展创新理论,即AI‐TPACK理论,构建了包含智能融合伦理层、智能融合意识层、智能 融合知识层、智能融合能力层、智能融合思维层的教师智能教育素养金字塔模型。基于此模型,文章提出了智能教育培 训、个性化资源提供、虚拟教研空间创设及人—机协同研修的教师智能教育素养培养策略,以实现教师智能教育素养的 全面提升。

Research on Intelligent Education Literacy of Teachers Based on AI-TPACK: Model Construction and Training Path

Abstract: Innovative integration of intelligent technology and education triggers public attention to the intelligent education literacy of teacher. In view of this, this article puts up a pyramid model of intelligent education literacy for teachers based on teacher professional development theory that integrates intelligent technology and education (AI-TPACK theory), which is constructed by five components, namely intelligent integration ethics, intelligent integration consciousness, intelligent integration knowledge, intelligent integration ability, and intelligent integration thinking. Based on this model, this article gives suggestions of comprehensively improving teachers’ intelligent education literacy by intelligent education training, personalized resource provision, virtual teaching and research space creation, and human-machine collaborative training.
