【摘 要】高质量教师发展是教育强国建设的重要基础。教师培训在教师队伍建设上一直发挥着重要的支撑作用。当下教师培训生态对培养高质量教师队伍的支撑仍显不足,具体体现在教育科技人才一体化战略下培养主体局限、协同不足、路径依赖及对数字时代教师学习研究不足。本文从数字时代教师队伍建设制度及技术驱动下教育人才培养观、知识生产观以及学习观变化三个方面提出了教师培训生态重构的三个重要路径:首先是组织层面的“跨界协同创新形态扩散”,其次是群体层面的“多主体协同知识生产及传播”,最后是个体层面的“具有新质学习特征的教师能加速生态演化”。以此为数字时代教师培训生态系统各主体快速实现转变并推动重构提供思维框架。

Ecological Restructuring of Teacher Training for Basic Education in the Digital Age: An Analysis of a Three-Dimensional, Three-Level Pathway

Abstract: High-quality teacher development is a crucial foundation for building a strong education nation. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, teacher training has played a vital supporting role in the construction of a high-quality teaching force. However, the current teacher training ecosystem still provides insufficient support for cultivating a high-quality teaching force, as specifically manifested in the limitations of training entities, insufficient coordination, path dependence, and inadequate research on teacher learning in the digital age under the integrated strategy of education, science and technology, and human resources. From the three aspects of the changes in the view of talent cultivation, the view of knowledge production, and the view of learning in education driven by institutions and technology in the digital age, this paper proposes three important pathways for the ecological restructuring of teacher training: first, at the organizational level, “the diffusion of cross-boundary collaborative innovation forms”; second, at the community level, “multi-stakeholder collaborative knowledge production and dissemination”; and third, at the individual level, “the teachery with new quality learning competencies will accelerate ecological evolution”. This offers a thinking framework for various actors in the teacher training ecosystem to rapidly achieve transformation and to promote restructuring in the digital age.
