美国斯坦福大学人工智能人才培养特征研究

【摘 要】近年来,人工智能受到了全世界的高度关注,已成为当今科学技术发展的前沿学科,这种浪潮也袭向了各个行业。基于此,全世界的一流大学不断开拓创新,试图在人工智能领域有所建树,为此聚焦美国斯坦福大学的人工智能人才培养体系,详细从人才培养策略、人才培养模式以及人才培养目标的角度着手,分别阐述其多元类型化、多边参与性以及多方共赢的特征,希望斯坦福大学成功的培养方案能为全世界人工智能人才培养提供借鉴。

Analysis on the Characteristics of Artifi cial Intelligence Talents Training in Stanford University

Abstract: Artifi cial intelligence has been highly concerned internationally and has become a frontier discipline in science and technology fi eld in recent years. This trend has also hit various industries. Based on this, leading universities around the world continuously innovate and try to make achievements in this fi eld. Taking the artifi cial intelligence talent training system of Stanford University as an example, this paper starts from the perspectives of talent training strategy, talent training mode and talent training goal, and expounds its characteristics of multi-type, multilateral participation and multi-win. It is hoped that Stanford University’s successful training program will play a good role in laying the foundation for the development of AI personnel training in universities in the United States and around the world.
