【摘 要】如何在学科教学实践中实现教师TPACK能力提升成为教育数字化转型和智慧教学环境应用的重要研究内容。本研究在对TPACK能力研究现状进行梳理的基础上,反思当前教师TPACK能力培养中存在的问题,并在此基础上引入循证教学理论构建教师TPACK能力培养模型。通过实验,研究发现基于循证教学的教师TPACK能力培养模型在教学实践中能有效提升教师TPACK能力。

Research on the Cultivation of Teachers’ TPACK ABility Based on Evidence-Based Teaching

Abstract: How to improve teachers’ TPACK ability in subject teaching practice has become an important research topic of digital transformation of education and intelligent teaching environment construction. Based on the literature review of the concept of TPACK ability, this article reflects on current problems existing in teachers’ TPACK ability training, and introduces the evidence-based teaching theory to construct teachers’ TPACK ability training model. Experiments showed that an evidence-based teachers’ TPACK ability training model can effectively improve teachers’ TPACK ability in teaching practice.
