产教融合“双主体”协同育人模式实践研究——以跨境电商学院为例

【摘要】跨境电商是“一带一路”新格局的先导和突破点,“一带一路”的发展需经济先于政治、文化,以跨境电商带动发展是一个好的选择,是有力的助推。跨境电商行业的跨越式发展带来了行业人才需求的巨大缺口,行业发展迫切需要一大批既懂外贸知识,又具备电商实战经验,且具有一定外语基础的复合型人才。因此,跨境电商行业人才培养越来越受到重视,各院校纷纷开设相关课程、设立行业学院等进行相关实践探索。通过学校、行业和企业合作办学模式、人才培养目标特色定位、分阶段递进式人才培养阶段设计三方面的顶层设计,在复合型人才培养计划、跨境电商见习基地、双师型师资队伍打造、市场需求倒推培训课程体系设计方面进行了具体实践,探索产教融合背景下的双主体协同育人模式。

Research on the Practice of “Two Subjects” Cooperative Education Mode of Integration of Production and Education:Take Cross Border E-business School as an Example

Abstract:The leap-forward development of cross-border e-commerce industry has brought about a huge gap in the demand for professionals.More and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of talents in cross-border e-commerce industry. Many colleges and universities have carried out relevant practical explorations, such as the establishment of relevant courses and industry colleges. Top-level design on three aspects are carried out: School-Business Cooperation Model, Characteristic Orientation of Talents Training Objective, Stage-by-stage Progressive Talent Training Stage. Concrete practice are carried out in five aspects: compound personnel training plan, eBay E youth talent training project, cross-border e-commerce internship base, double-qualified teacher team, design of training course system facing market demand. It is expected that Two-Subject collaborative education mode under the background of integration of industry and education are explored.
