老年大学“火爆”现象生成机制的扎根理论研究

【摘 要】老年教育在促进积极老龄化和提升生命质量方面具有重要意义,而老年大学作为其核心载体,近年来呈现出“火爆”的发展态势。本研究运用扎根理论,对16位老年大学学员进行深度访谈,并借助NVIVO11.0软件对访谈资料进行编码分析,深入探讨老年大学“火爆”现象的生成机制。研究发现,自我成长、社交互动、健康生活和技术适应是推动老年大学热潮的四个核心驱动力,这些因素相互作用、彼此影响,共同塑造了这一现象的复杂图景。

A Grounded Theory Study on the Generation Mechanism behind the “Hot” Phenomenon of Seniors University

Abstract: Geriatric education holds significant importance in promoting active aging and enhancing quality of life, with senior universities serving as its core institutional carriers, demonstrating a“booming”developmental trend in recent years. This study employs grounded theory to conduct in-depth interviews with 16 learners from university, utilizing NVIVO 11.0 software for coding analysis of interview data to thoroughly investigate the generation mechanism behind this“booming”phenomenon. The findings reveal that selfgrowth, social interaction, healthy living, and technological adaptation are four key driving forces propelling the popularity of senior universities, with these factors interacting and influencing each other to collectively shape the complex dynamics of this phenomenon.
