【摘 要】数据挖掘以及人工智能等新兴技术的出现,为推动教育与技术的深度融合提供了重要支持。本文从时间维度梳理了人工智能+教育的发展历程,阐述了教育大数据的价值并介绍了教育大数据处理的全过程及学习分析的应用。文中探讨了教育大数据驱动下的三个科学问题,并列举了一个应用教育大数据解决教学问题的实证研究。案例通过对在线平台的话语进行编码及可视化分析,从而进一步加深对学生学习过程的理解。本文通过对相关科学问题和应用实践的分析,旨在为广大教师、管理者和研究者在利用教育数据挖掘促进有效学习与制定教育决策时提供有效依据。

Key Scientifi c Problems and Applied Research Driven by Educational Big Data in Education

Abstract: At present, emerging technologies such as data mining and artifi cial intelligence provide important support for promoting deep integration of education and technology. This paper analyzes the development of artifi cial intelligence and education from the time dimension, discusses the value of education big data, and introduces the whole course of educational big data processing and important models of learning analytic system in micro level. Three scientifi c problems driven by educational big data were discussed, and two empirical studies were shown in applications of educational big data to solve the scientifi c problems, with examples specifying information search conducting, resource servicing, problem solving, data mining and innovation-driven analyzing from micro level. Through the analysis on relevant scientifi c problems and applied research, this paper aims to provide effective support for educators and researchers to make decisions based on educational big data.
