我国高校继续教育学习评价现状研究

【摘 要】学习评价质量是影响高校继续教育质量的核心要素之一,为了解当前我国高校继续教育学习评价实施的现状,运用文本挖掘技术对2017年全国高校继续教育发展年度报告进行了统计分析,并对不同地域、不同层次学校进行了差异性分析。基于对报告的分析发现:不同地域高校继续教育学习评价差异性相对较小,但不同层次高校差异性明显;评价方式单一,过程性评价不完善,少数高校开始探索数据支撑下的个性化学习评价;毕业要求兼顾实践能力与职业发展,但相应机制有待明确完善;开始重视社会、用人单位、学生的多方评价反馈,但反馈渠道和影响机制仍需加强。研究认为应进一步改革完善自学考试制度,推进教育考试与评价系统的信息化建设;健全“宽进严出”的学习制度和学习成果认证、积累和转换制度;合作建设继续教育实训基地和产学研基地,综合考评学生实践能力;建立多方主体、多渠道的评价反馈机制,发挥社会和用人单位的评价与监测作用。

Research on the Current Situation of the Learning Evaluation of Continuing Education in China

Abstract: Learning evaluation quality is one of the core factors affecting the continuing education quality in colleges and universities. In order to understand the current situation of the implementation of learning evaluation in continuing education in China, this study used text mining to conduct a statistical analysis of the 2017 annual report of continuing education in colleges and universities, and took difference analysis of different schools and different regions. Based on the analysis of the report, the study found that differences of learning evaluation in different regions are relatively small, but the differences in different levels of colleges and universities are obvious; the evaluation method is relatively simple, with a lack of formative evaluation, but several colleges began to explore personalized learning evaluation based on data collection and analysis; graduation requirements take practical ability and career development into account, but the corresponding mechanism needs to be clearly defi ned; some colleges began to focus on the evaluation feedback of society, employers, students, but the feedback channels and impact mechanism still need to be strengthened. Finally, it is proposed that the self-study examination system should be further improved, and the information construction of the evaluation system should be promoted; the learning achievement certifi cation, accumulation and conversion system should be constructed; building training base with companies to comprehensively evaluate practical ability of students; establishing a multi-party and multi-channel evaluation feedback mechanism to reinforce evaluation and monitoring roles of the society and employers.
