后疫情时期高校在线教学模式构建与实践的案例研究

【摘 要】疫情防控期间,“停课不停教,停课不停学”的教育政策让在线教育获得了前所未有的关注。后疫情期间,如何保障在线教学继续有效开展,是高校教育教学面临的巨大挑战。文章结合具体案例,构建了“资源+工具”的线上混合式教学模式,并从顶层设计、技术融合、优化重组、精准教学、精品示范、机制保障、持续改进等方面展开了大规模实践。研究获知,该模式具有短时间解决零基础教师的线上教学、满足师生多样化的需求、注重解决教学问题等优势。研究旨在为高校开展在线教学工作提供借鉴和参考,进而推进教学模式改革,提升人才培养质量。

Case Study on the Construction and Practice of Online Teaching Mode in Colleges and Universities during the Post-epidemic Period

Abstract:During the period of epidemic prevention and control, online education has attracted unprecedented attention due to the “classes suspended but learning continues”. During the post epidemic period, how to ensure the continuous and effective development of online teaching is a great challenge for college education and teaching. Combined with specific cases, this article constructs online hybrid teaching mode of “resources + tools”, from “the top design, technology integration, optimization of restructuring, precise teaching, products demonstration and mechanism guarantee, continuous improvement”, massive practices are launched. This mode is characterized with “solving the problem of zero-based online teaching within short time, diversity in the face of the needs of users, indepth technical follow up continuously, paying attention to the teaching problem”. It is expected that this research provide reference for online teaching work of colleges and universities, and promote the reform of teaching mode, and improve the quality of talent training.
