认知风格和表情对交流学习的影响

【摘 要】交流学习是人际互动的知识沟通和探索过程,体现为学习者间知识的碰撞和协调过程,交流学习和个体学习的不同之处在于人际互动性和媒介多元性,交流学习的复杂性决定了影响因素的多样性。当前研究拟探查认知风格和表情对交流学习的影响。实验发现:①场独立性交流者的学习效率效果优于场依存性交流者,这一交流学习优势同时表现在选择性注意水平上;场独立性交流者学习优势的一个典型表现在于,其表情媒介使用的高效性。②表情条件下的交流学习效率效果显著优于无表情条件,并表现在选择性注意水平上。研究证实:场独立性交流者的人际互动水平更高,更擅长利用语言和表情媒介沟通信息。

The Influence of Cognitive Style and Expression on Communication Learning

Abstract: Communication learning is a process of knowledge communication and exploration of interpersonal interaction, which is embodied in the process of knowledge collision and coordination among learners. Cooperative learning is different from individual learning in respect of interpersonal interaction and media diversity. The complexity of cooperative learning determines the diversity of influencing factors. Current research intended to explore the influence of cognitive style and expression on communication learning. Results showed that: ①The learning efficiency of field independent communicators was better than that of field dependent communicators. Level of selective attention was the same; A typical advantage of field independent communicators’ learning was the efficiency of expression media application. ② The efficiency of communication learning under the condition of expression was significantly better than that under the condition of no expression, and the level of selective attention was the same. It has confirmed that field independent communicators have higher level of interpersonal interaction and are more better at using language and expression media to communicate information..
