【摘 要】师范生的实践性知识是其专业发展的逻辑起点。然而，当前师范生的实践性知识在生成过程中面临理论与实践脱节、高标准示范性资源系统性应用缺乏的现实困境。国家中小学智慧教育平台中的名师课例以其资源富集、智能驱动等特征，为摆脱上述困境提供了可能性。本研究在SECI知识创生理论指导下，构建了基于国家中小学智慧教育平台名师课例的师范生实践性知识生成运行模型，设计平台名师课例赋能师范生实践性知识生成模式，并依托“现代教育技术”课程，面向地理专业的师范生展开为期8周的准实验研究，验证该模式对师范生实践性知识水平的影响。结果表明，该模式能显著提升师范生的实践性知识水平，促进其数字化教学设计能力。基于此，提出应关注师范生的个性化需求，聚焦平台资源优化，提升高校教师的引领作用，从而驱动师范生实践性知识的深度内化与生成。

Research on Empowering Preservice Teachers’ Practical Knowledge Generation through Exemplary Teacher Lessons on the National Smart Education Platform for Primary and Secondary Schools

Abstract: Preservice teachers’ practical knowledge is the logical starting point of their professional development. However, the generation of preservice teachers’ practical knowledge currently faces the practical dilemma of disconnection between theory and practice and a lack of systematic application of high-standard demonstrative resources. The exemplary teacher lessons on the National Smart Education Platform for Primary and Secondary Schools, characterized by rich resources and intelligent driving, provide an opportunity to address the above dilemma. Guided by SECI theory, this study constructed an operational model for preservice teachers’ practical knowledge generation based on exemplary teacher lessons from the National Smart Education Platform for Primary and Secondary Schools, designed a model for empowering preservice teachers’ practical knowledge generation through the platform’s exemplary teacher lessons, and conducted an 8-week quasi-experimental study with geography-major preservice teachers in the “Modern Educational Technology”course to verify the model’s impact on their practical knowledge level. The results show that the model can significantly improve preservice teachers’ practical knowledge and promote their digital instructional design competence. Based on this, it is proposed that attention should be paid to the personalized needs of preservice teachers, focus on optimizing platform resources, and enhance the guiding role of university teachers, thereby driving the deep internalization and generation of preservice teachers’ practical knowledge.
