从强化完善既有教育到重构新型教育体系 ——“互联网+”时代教育信息化的战略转型

【摘 要】20世纪80年代以来,以教育信息化带动教育现代化成为我国教育信息化的战略目标。但“乔布斯之问”同样困扰着我国教育信息化的实践。究其原因或在于我国教育信息化的战略方向出现了偏差,其价值取向和路径选择受传统教育框架的影响较深。教育信息化所坚持的价值取向和变革逻辑,在很大程度上决定着教育信息化的效果。在“互联网+”时代,教育信息化在推动教育变革方面应该扮演非常重要的角色。

From Strengthening Existing System to Reinventing A New System:Strategic Transformation of Educational Informatization in ‘internet+’ Era

Abstract: Since the 1980s, China’s informatization has been employed as a means of accelerate the modernization of education systems. However, ‘the question of Steve Jobs’ has remained as a challenge on the practice of China’s educational informatization, as there a lack of strategic planning and feasible implementation mechanism to break the traditional constraints in terms of values posed upon the education. Therefore the value orientation and educational informatization should act as a whole . In “internet+” era, promoting educational reform by educational informatization should insist on reconstructing the value orientation of new educational system and realizing the strategic transformation of educational informatization.
