互联网推动教与学方式变革的实践诉求与实践路径

【摘  要】互联网能突破时间与空间的限制,通过改变教学方式和学习方式实现大规模教学与个性化服务。为了 了解新时代教与学变革的实践诉求并探求实践改革路径,对近年来相关主题文献进行分析,结合cMOOC“‘互联网+教 育’与教育数字化转型”主题三“互联网推动教与学方式变革”学习期间形成的质性数据,提炼出了包含义务教育优 质均衡发展、因材施教、学生能力发展和教师专业成长四大实践诉求及对应的实践路径。在此基础上提出了:①完善 机制建设,推动教学模式改革;②落实教育理念,革新人才培养模式;③利用数据要素,变革学校管理模式;④借助 技术智慧,完善学生评价方式;⑤发挥技术优势,构建全方位多角度教师评价体系五个实践建议。期望能为互联网推 动义务教育的均衡发展、满足个性化学习需求、促进学生的能力提升和促进教师专业成长等方面的实践提供方向。

The Practical Appeal and Practice Path of Internet Promoting Teaching and Learning Mode Reform

Abstract: The Internet breaks time and space limitation in realizing large-scale teaching and personalized service by changing teaching and learning mode. This article analyses literatures on relevant topics in recent years, combined with qualitative data from cMOOC theme Three, in order to understand practical appeals of teaching and learning reform in the new era, and to explore its typical practice paths. Four practical appeals and corresponding practice paths are obtained, namely quality and balanced of compulsory education development, personalized education, student ability development and teacher professional growth. Furthermore, practical suggestions are put forward, including improving the mechanism construction, promoting teaching mode reform, implementing education mission, using data elements, reforming school management, improving evaluation method, and building multi-dimensional teacher evaluation system. It is expected to provide guidance for promoting balanced compulsory education development, for meeting personalized learning needs, for improving students’ ability and for promoting teachers’ professional growth.
