【摘 要】在线学习行为影响因素研究确立了学习行为预测与改进的方向与路径,对于在线学习、学习分析等领域具有重要的价值。本研究基于行为科学的理论视角,系统回顾在线学习行为影响因素模型构建所依据的相关理论,并结合具体建模研究进行文献评述。研究结论认为:在行为科学视角下,现有的在线学习影响因素建模遵循“外部变量-个人认知信念-行为意愿-实际行为”的基本路径;行为科学理论建模的核心变量为认知信念,包含主观规范、感知行为控制、感知有用性、感知易用性四个具体变量;学习行为影响因素建模应根据行为的发生阶段和学习环境的类型来选择合理的行为理论。后续研究可能的改进方向在于:综合多种模型来提升行为模型的解释力度以及更为全面准确地测量在线学习行为。

Infl uence Factors on Online Learning Behavior:Based on the Theory of Behavioral Science

Abstract: The model of influence factors of online learning behavior contributes to the prediction and improvement of learning behavior. It has important value for online learning and learning analysis study. Based on the theory of behavioral science, this study reviewed the relevant theoretical models of influence factors and discussed correlational studies. Main conclusions of the study are: from the perspective of behavioral science, the sequence of influence factors of online learning behavior was external variables-individual cognitive beliefs-behavioral intentions-actual behavior. Cognitive belief is a core variable of the influence factors model. The cognitive belief includes subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. The modeling study should choose a reasonable behavior theory according to stages of behavior and types of learning environment. The future research may integrate various models to find the influence factors model that is more explainable and accurate in measuring online learning behavior.
