国内开放大学专业建设研究的进展

【摘 要】专业建设是开放教育与社会需求的对接点,也是体现开放大学特色的关键。从2010年教育部明确提出“办好开放大学”到2020年各地方广播电视大学转型更名为开放大学,开放大学专业建设发展历经十余载。文章以此期间发布于CNKI期刊全文数据库关于开放大学专业建设的文献为研究对象,通过文献计量分析发现针对开放大学专业建设的研究不充分,现有研究主要聚焦在专业建设中的课程建设、师资队伍及质量管理等具体要素层面和某一个具体专业的建设层面,而从系统观出发探讨专业建设体系的研究较少,且存在研究内容不够深入、研究合作度不高、部分研究要素缺失等问题。基于对研究现状的分析,认为研究在突出特色、协同合作、互联互通以及评估监督方面尚有继续深入探索的空间。

Analysis of Research Progress of Open University’s Major Construction in China in Recent 10 Years

Abstract:Major construction, as a distinguishing feature of Open University, connects open education and society’s education needs. Open University’s major construction has gone through more than ten years, from “run the Open University well” proposed by the Ministry of Education in 2010, to the transformation of local Radio and Television University to Open University since 2020. Based on periodical literature in major construction of Open University published on CNKI journal full-text database, using bibliometric analysis method, insufficient research on major construction of Open University is shown. Existing research mainly focus on two aspects: specific elements of major construction, namely curriculum construction, teacher development, quality management, and construction of a specific major. Major construction research based on systemic perspective is few. Based on the analysis, it is found that there is more space for further exploration and research in highlighting characteristics, collaboration, interconnection, and evaluation and supervision of Open University’s major construction.
