移动互联网时代中小学教师深度学习模型构建及学习效应分析

【摘  要】“双减”背景下高质量校内教育需要高素质教师的支持,深度学习是教师高质量专业发展的重要保 障。移动互联网时代中小学教师学习呈现出要求高、任务多、碎片化、浅层化等特征,多任务下中小学教师时间、 精力有限而信息过多,信息广度增加而加工深度不足,不利于高质量教师专业发展。本文在梳理脑科学、心理学、 教育学研究并分析典型案例的基础上构建了基于真实问题解决的三维三层教师深度学习模型,并提出支持中小学教 师深度学习的四个效应:“选择效应”“连接效应”“情感过滤效应”和“元认知外显效应”,以帮助教师克服面 对富媒体、宏信息、多任务时出现浅层学习的倾向,以期为广大中小学教师及研究者提供参考。

The Deep Learning Model and Effect of Primary and Secondary Teachers in the Mobile Internet Era

Abstract:High quality school education under the background of “double reduction”calls for high-quality teachers, and deep learning is crucial for teachers’ professional development. In the era of mobile Internet, fragmented and shallow learning has been the characteristics of teachers learning under high requirements and multiple tasks, with teachers’ time and energy limited but information process overloaded, while information extents getting broader but information processing depth weakened, all of which is insufficient for the professional development of high-quality teachers. Based on brain science, psychology and pedagogy research and typical cases, a three-dimensional three-layer teacher deep learning model based on real problem solving is constructed. Four effects to support teachers’ deep learning are put forward: “the Affective Filter Effect”,“the Selection Effect”,“the Connection Effect” and “the Meta-Cognition Visualization Effect”, to help teachers overcome the tendency of shallow learning when facing rich media, macro information and multi-task, and to provide reference for researchers.
