量子思维视域下教师主体性彰显的三重维度

【摘  要】在多元开放的教育理念与智能技术深度交融的关键转型期,教师主体性正经历认知、伦理与实践层面的深刻重构。量子思维作为一种超越传统的思维方式,为理解教师主体性提供了新的理论视角。在价值维度上,量子叠加态揭示了教师角色的多维可能性空间,量子纠缠现象为重塑教育主体间性关系提供了依据,量子跃迁模型则诠释了教师主体性发展的非线性特征。在逻辑维度上,阐明了教师主体性运行机制,即从“知识建构”向“思维整合”的理念转变,从“人机博弈”向“人际信任”伦理回归,从“相对自主”迈向“高度自觉”的实践行动。在面向通用人工智能发展的方法维度上,通过量子认知赋能、量子伦理治理以及量子实践创新,为智能时代教师主体性彰显开辟了跨学科的研究理路。

The Triple Dimensions of Manifesting Teacher Agency from the Perspective of Quantum Thinking

Abstract: In the critical transitional period marked by the deep integration of diverse and open educational philosophies with intelligent technologies, teacher agency is undergoing profound reconstruction at cognitive, ethical, and practical levels. Quantum thinking, as an intellectual resource that transcends traditional cognitive paradigms, provides a novel theoretical lens for understanding teacher agency. In the value dimension, the quantum superposition state reveals the multidimensional possibility space of teachers’role, the phenomenon of quantum entanglement offers a basis for reshaping intersubjective relationships in education, and the quantum leap model interprets the nonlinear characteristics of teacher agency development. In the logical dimension, it elucidates the operational mechanism of teacher agency: the conceptual shift from“knowledge construction”to“thinking integration”, the ethical return from “human-machine gaming”to“interpersonal trust”, and the practical action moving from“relative autonomy”toward “absolute self-awareness”. In the methodological dimension oriented toward the development of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), through quantum cognitive empowerment, quantum ethical governance, and quantum practical innovation, interdisciplinary research pathways are opened for manifesting teacher agency in the intelligent era.
