教育数字化转型背景下大学生数字学习力的影响因素研究

【摘 要】数字学习力作为数智时代大学生高效开展数字化学习活动、适应未来发展的关键能力,其水平直接影响教育数字化转型进程与人才培养质量。文章通过对既有文献的梳理和总结,构建了大学生数字学习力影响因素模型。然后,通过问卷调查得到468份有效样本,并运用结构方程模型进行假设检验与模型验证。结果显示:①大学生的数字学习力处于中等偏上水平;②数字学习力在年级上存在显著差异,而在性别和所学专业门类上无显著差异;③学生、家庭、教师和学校等因素均对数字学习力有影响,其中学生因素是主要影响因素。基于此,文章从学生、家庭、教师和学校四个层面提出促进大学生数字学习力发展的建议,旨在推动教育数字化转型,并赋能拔尖创新人才培养。

Research on Influencing Factors of University Students’ Digital Learning Competence in the Context of Educational Digital Transformation

Abstract: Digital learning competence, as a key ability for university students to effectively carry out digital learning activities and adapt to future development in the digital intelligence era, directly influences the process of educational digital transformation and the quality of talent cultivation. By reviewing and summarizing existing literature, this article constructs a hypothesized model of the factors influencing of university students’ digital learning competence. Then, 468 valid samples were obtained through a questionnaire survey, and structural equation modeling was used for hypothesis testing and model validation. The results show that (1) the digital learning competence of university students is at an above-average level; (2) there are significant differences in digital learning competence across grades, but no significant differences by gender or fields of study; (3) factors at the student, family, teacher, and school levels all influence digital learning competence, with student factors being the primary influence. Based on these findings, the article proposes suggestions and insights for promoting the development of university students’ digital learning competence from four dimensions: students, family, teacher and school, aiming to advance the educational digital transformation and empower the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.
