网络课程的教学督导指标体系构建

【摘 要】随着网络教育规模日益扩大,教学质量受到社会关注。网络课程的教学督导是网络教学质量保证的重要组成部分,构建网络课程的教学督导指标体系更是研究和实践的重点。聚焦网络课程的教学督导,采用文献研究法和德尔菲法,通过梳理分析网络课程及教学质量保证指标,归纳影响网络课程教学效果的关键要素,即学习资源、学生、教师以及三者之间在信息层面的有效交互,构建包含资源内容、教学设计、教师教学、学生学习以及效果评价五个维度的网络课程的教学督导指标体系。希望本研究能够对网络教学质量体系的建立与完善提供有益的参考并引发更广泛和更深入的探索实践,进而促进网络教学的质量提升。

Research on the Construction of Teaching Supervision Index System of Online Courses

Abstract: Under the background of Internet and education development, the scale of network education is expanding daily, and quality of teaching has attracted much attention. The teaching supervision of the network curriculum is an important part of the guarantee for teaching quality. The construction of the network curriculum teaching supervision index system is the focus of research and practice. This paper focuses on the supervision of teaching for network curriculum, on the basis of sorting the quality assurance index of the existing network curriculum, using literature research method and expert consultation method. It summarizes the key elements that affect teaching effect of network curriculum, that is, effective interaction between learning resources, students, teachers and the above three elements at the information level, Then it constructs a five-dimensional network curriculum teaching supervision index system which covers content of the resources, teaching design, teacher teaching, student learning, and effect evaluation. This study hopes to provide useful reference and sample for the establishment and improvement of the network teaching supervision index system, and arouse more extensive and to in-depth exploration practice, which can promote the quality of network teaching.
