防疫阶段有效开展在线教育的措施与手段——访国际远程教育知名学者、一线实践者

【摘要】为实现新冠肺炎的有效防控,同时兼顾学生的学业,在线教育教学的开展无疑是实现“停课不停学”的重要举措。然而,随着大规模在线教育的实践,在线教育也暴露出了不少问题。为此,我们就疫情防控阶段如何有效实施与开展在线教育,访谈了来自南太平洋大学的索姆·奈杜(Som Naidu)教授、牛津大学的肯恩·可汗(Ken Kahn)博士以及威斯康辛大学的Bipana Bantawa博士,并将他们的建议汇总归纳:在线教育的有效实施与开展,应综合考虑在线教育开展所面临的各种现实问题,应注重科学循证与资源、技术的合理运用,应关注学习体验设计与学习交互,应协同各方力量,体现教育关怀。

The Approaches and Methods to Implement Online Education Effectively during the Outbreak of COVID-19: A Summary of the Interviews with International Scholars and Practitioners

Abstract: In order to prevent and control the COVID-19 effectively, and taking into account the students’ study, the implementation of online education is undoubtedly an important measure in maintain undisrupted learning. However, with the practice of large-scale online education, it has also exposed many problems. Given all this, we conducted interviews with Professor Som Naidu from the University of the South Pacific, Dr. Ken Kahn from the University of Oxford, and Dr. Bipana Bantawa from the University of Wisconsin to collate their recommendations on how to implement and carry out online education effectively during the outbreak of COVID-19. To carry out online education effectively, it is suggested to consider all kinds of practical problems, paying attention to scientific evidence-seeking and rational use of resources and technology, and keeping a watchful eye on the design of learning experience and the interaction, and coordinating all forces to embody the educational care.
