【摘要】2020年新春伊始,中国教育界迎来了一场重大考验,新冠肺炎疫情突发,大中小学以“停课不停学”作为应对之策。2020年3月3日,在特殊时期举办了一场特殊的在线校长研修,讨论主题包括:校长如何认识“停课不停学”;在突发危机事件应急管理中校长的作用;如何发挥校长领导力,把危机转化为发展契机。受邀的24位校长和主管教学、德育的干部参与研修,围绕“停课不停学”主题开展校际交流,分享经验,以促进实践改进。

Abstract: In the early 2020, under the influence of novel coronavirus pneumonia, primary schools in China adopted “Classes suspended but learning continues” strategy and regarded it as a major test. On March 3, 2020, a special long-distance online headmaster seminar was held in this special period, discussing following topics include headmasters’ understanding of “no suspension of school”; the role of headmasters in emergency management of emergencies; headmasters’ leadership in turning the crisis into an opportunity for development. Twenty four principals and cadres in charge of teaching and moral education were invited to participate in the study, and inter-school exchanges and experience sharing were carried out around the theme of “no suspension of classes” to promote improvement in education practice.
