【摘 要】青少年社交媒体成瘾已成为“互联网+”时代的重要研究议题。青少年社交媒体成瘾现象虽已成为
国内学术界的关注热点,但缺乏对其心理机制、影响因素、干预和治疗途径的系统研究。文章采用问卷调查、因
子分析、相关分析、独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析、回归分析等研究方法,探究青少年社交媒体成瘾的影响因
素及其心理机制。研究发现:青少年的容忍度、戒断症状、冲突可预测并显著影响其社交媒体成瘾的复发;青少
年的容忍度、冲突可预测并显著影响其社交媒体成瘾的戒断症状。研究提出了青少年社交媒体成瘾干预治疗的建
议:培养青少年的社会和情感能力,规避社交媒体成瘾复发;引导青少年改变自身认知,合理控制社交媒体使用
行为;重视青少年的沟通交流和心理变化,构建健全的社交媒体成瘾预防体系;推进教育数字化转型,借助智能
技术构建青少年社交媒体成瘾的预警机制。

Investigating Influencing Factors and Governance Approaches of Adolescents’ Social Media Addiction in
“Internet Plus”Era

Abstract: Adolescent social media addiction has become an important research topic in “Internet Plus” era. Domestic studies on
adolescent social media addiction exists, but still lacks systematic investigations on its psychological mechanism, influencing factors ,
intervention and treatment pathway. This study adopted questionnaire survey, factor analysis, correlation analysis, independent sample
test, single factor analysis of variance, regression analysis method, to explore influencing factors of adolescents’ social media addiction
and its psychological mechanism. Results showed that adolescents’ tolerance, withdrawal symptoms and conflict could predict and significantly affect the relapse of social media addiction. Adolescents’ tolerance and conflict can predict and significantly influence withdrawal symptoms of social media addiction. Suggestions for intervention and treatment of adolescents’ social media addiction are put
forward: cultivating social and emotional ability of adolescents and avoiding the relapse of social media addiction; guiding adolescents
in changing their cognition and reasonably control the use of social media; attaching importance to psychological communication among
adolescents and building a sound social media addiction prevention system; carrying out digital transformation of education, and establishing an intelligent technology-assisted warning mechanism for adolescent social media addiction.
