面向用户满意度的中国慕课大学先修课质量评价研究

【摘 要】大学先修课程是为高中生开设的达到大学学业水平的课程,其能有效促进高中与大学之间的衔接。然而在当前条件下,先修课程的发展除了面临个性化培养与素质教育的普遍性矛盾之外,在教育质量、教育公平、资源利用等方面也陷入了困境。慕课平台的大规模性、跨时空性和开源性特征可以为大学先修课的发展提供有力的支持和补充。本研究依据在线教育质量评价标准,构建中国慕课大学先修课质量评价指标体系,拟结合统计加权和经验加权法,通过各指标权重系数的确定,从学习者满意度这一视角剖析慕课大学先修课的质量现状,给未来的慕课建设改革与发展提供有效的理论依据。结果表明,学习者对界面设计、媒体技术、教学设计满意度高,对课程管理、课程内容满意度较低,认为仍有需要改进的地方。为此,本研究提出相应的策略建议:第一,有针对性设计课程内容,考虑学生需要;第二,及时跟进学习情况,强化学分认证;第三,加强慕课平台建设,强化学习体验;第四,优化课程管理,开展协同教学。

Research on Quality Evaluation of MOOCAP for User’s Satisfaction

Abstract:Advanced Placement (AP), which is set up for senior high school students to advance their academic ability to the university level, effectively promotes the connection between senior high school and university. However, under current conditions, except from facing the universal contradiction of individualized training and quality-oriented education, the development of advanced placement also falls into a dilemma in terms of education quality, education equality and resource utilization. The large-scale, transtemporal and open source characteristics of MOOC can provide strong support and supplement for the development of advanced placement. Quality evaluation index system of Advanced Placement in Chinese university was built according to the online education quality evaluation standard in this study. At the same time, combining with statistical weighting and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the quality status of Advanced Placement from the perspective of learners’ satisfaction was analyzed through the determination of index weight coefficients, which can provide effective theory basis for the reform and development of Advanced Placement in the future. The results show that the degree of satisfaction of learners is high in interface design, media technology and instructional design, and not low in course management and course content, but there is still room for improvement. Finally, this study puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions: firstly, designing the curriculum contents specifically and consider the needs of students; secondly, timely following up the learning situation and enhancing credit certification; thirdly, the construction of MOOC platform should be strengthened to enhance the learning experience; fourthly, optimizing course management and carrying out collaborative teaching.
