【摘 要】“双减”政策是实现新时期基础教育高质量发展的重大举措，其目的是通过减少课业负担，促进
我国青少年健康发展。因此，“双减”政策实施后，如何切实地促进青少年健康发展成为教育领域的重大命题。
“2021全球人工智能与教育大数据大会”全面分享了“双减”政策背景下技术助力青少年健康发展的最新成果。
在此面向“双减”政策背景下青少年健康发展新要求，结合大会交流成果，全面梳理了智能技术在教育评价改
革、青少年脑智发育研究、教育数字化转型等领域的最新进展和典型创新案例。主要内容包括：教育评价技术发
展的趋势、智能技术促进学生个性发展研究、智能技术助力语言学习最新进展、智能技术助力儿童脑智发育研
究、人工智能教学的实践探索和智能技术助力学校数字转型。希望能够帮助读者了解智能技术促进青少年健康发
展的着力点和当前的创新趋势。

Abstract: Aiming to ease the burden of excessive homework, as well as to promote the healthy development of adolescents, the “Double Reduction” policy is a major measure to achieve the high-quality development of compulsory education in this new era. Therefore,
since the policy’s implementation, how to effectively promote the healthy development of adolescents has become a major issue in education. The latest achievements of technology in promoting the healthy development of adolescents under the background of “Double
Reduction” has been showcased on the “2021 Global Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data of Education” (A.I.D.E).
With a deep understanding on the requirements of the policy, based on exchanges on the conference, latest practical progress and the typical innovation cases of intelligent technology in the fields of education evaluation reform, adolescent brain development research, and
digital transformation in education are comprehensively sorted out. The main contents include: development trends of educational evaluation technology, intelligent technologies to promote students’ mental growth, the latest progress of intelligent technology to facilitate
language learning, intelligent technologies to promote children’s brain development research, practical explorations of artificial intelligence teaching, intelligent technologies to enhance digital transformation in schools. This article aims at providing implications on focus
and innovation trends of intelligent technology in promoting the healthy development of adolescents.
