【摘 要】近年来,学习型城市建设成为国际和国内关注的热点,开展学习型城市建设评价工作是重要保障之一。本文通过比较分析,首先将现有国际流行的评价工具划分为理论框架类、城市发展类、认证监测类、学习测评类四个类型,并选取各类型中具有权威性或代表性工具进行介绍。其次结合国内学习型城市建设实践情况,提出了阶段性、本土化及体系构建三条评价工具的应用策略。

A Comparative Research on International Assessment Tools of Learning Cities

Abstract: As learning city construction becomes an international and domestic focus in educational development, assessment of learning city constructionhas been recognized as playing a supporting role . With intensive comparision and analyses, this paper proposes a four-categoryassessment tools for learning city : theoretical framework type, city development type, accreditation & monitoring type and learning ability assessment type. Based on learning city construction practices in China, this paper makes an intention to propose three practical strategies which are application in stages, localization and M&E indicator system construction.
