德国继续教育的发展与现状研究

【摘 要】德国的继续教育发展水平现居于世界前沿，其发展具有自身显著特色：企业是提供继续教育的主体；终身学习国家资格框架为继续教育领域提供了质量基准；立法为继续教育发展提供了强力保障；继续教育以终身学习发展战略为引导等。这些都是保障德国继续教育持续发展的重要制度，对于规划和推进我国的继续教育具有借鉴价值。

A Research on the Development and Current Status of Continuing Education in German

Abstract: The provision and development of continuing education in Germany has been internationally acknowledged for their outstanding characteristics, including companies act as provider of continue education for their own staff; DQR provides the foundational standards to maintain the quality monitoring and evaluation of continue education programs; the German government issued laws to protectcontinuing education ;, lifelong learning policies lead the development of continue education. All these are perceived relevant to the future development of continuing education in China.
