【摘 要】人类进入知识社会,终身学习成为人们应对当前及未来挑战的核心指导思想。终身教育也已经成为学术研究与实践领域的热点话题。目前,我国终身教育体系仍处于初级形态,其组织模式作为实践操作的基础,无论在纵向或横向层面都面临着亟待突破与解决的现实问题。“互联网+”为终身教育组织模式的发展带来新的契机。为此,本研究探讨互联网时代下教育创新的特征,借鉴当下较为成功的商业领域组织运行模式,从教育平台、受教育者、教育保障、教育服务四个方面构建终身教育组织模式,以不同路径来推进组织服务供给方式与服务模式,以期探索出互联网时代下终身教育发展之道。

Organizational Mode Construction of Lifelong Education in “Internet plus” Era

Abstract: As human beings enter the knowledge society, lifelong learning is becoming core guiding ideology for people to cope with the challenges of the present and the future. Lifelong education has also become a hot topic in the fi eld of academic research and practice. At present, lifelong education system in our country is still in its primary form. Its organizational mode, as practical operation base, is faced with realistic problems need to be solved in both vertical and horizontal aspects. “Internet +” brings new opportunities for the development of lifelong education organization. Therefore, this study explores the characteristics of educational innovation in the Internet era, enlightened by the current successful business organization and operation modes, to construct lifelong education organization from education platform, educatee, education guarantee and education service, to promote the organization service supply mode and service mode from different perspectives, in order to explore a path for the development of lifelong education in the Internet era.
