【摘 要】党的报告指出,要加快建设学习型社会,完善终身教育体系,提升全民受教育水平。本文以管理学中的三圈理论为理论基础,从终身学习决策与执行角度出发,从价值圈、能力圈和支持圈3个维度来构建市民终身学习影响因素,其中价值圈包括学习理念、学习目标和学习自觉,能力圈由教育主体、教育内容和教育方式构成,支持圈由设施设备、政策机制和社会支持构成。然后,开展问卷调查,采用因子分析、相关性分析、结构方程模型等分析方法,研究发现价值圈、能力圈和支持圈会显著影响市民终身学习(能力、收获和满意度),三圈体系对于市民终身学习能力、收获和满意度具有不同程度的显著正向影响,在一定程度上为探索解决市民终身学习问题的有效策略和路径提供了借鉴。

Research on the Influencing Factors of Citizens’ Lifelong Learning:Based on Structural Equation Model

Abstract:The Report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to accelerate the construction of a learning society, improve the lifelong education system, and improve the education level of all people. Based on the theory of three circles, starting from the perspective of lifelong learning decision-making and implementation, this article constructs the influencing factors of citizens’lifelong learning from the following three dimensions: value circle, ability circle and support circle. Value level circle is composed of factors such as philosophy, learning goals, learning consciousness, and ability level circle is composed of factors such as education subject, education content, education method, etc., and support level circle is composed of factors such as facilities and equipment, policy mechanisms, social support, etc. Questionnaire survey is conducted, using effective questionnaires based on 1584 residents of 16 districts and counties in Beijing. Factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling is adopted. It is found that value circle, competence circle and support circle will significantly influence the relationship between lifelong learning (ability, harvest and satisfaction) of citizens. Statistics have shown that the three-circle system has different degrees of positive and significant impact on citizens’lifelong learning ability, outcome and satisfaction, which enriches lifelong learning theory to a certain extent, and is conducive to exploring effective strategies and paths to solve citizens’lifelong learning issues.
