理解、互惠、融合:美国高校代际学习研究

【摘 要】代际学习为新时代老年教育带来了一种全新的教学模式。美国多所高校秉承建设老龄友好大学理念,并将这一理念融入办学,逐步创设老龄友好的高校环境。结合高校学术及人力资源情况,美国高校分别探索了基于社区的代际服务学习、基于高校课堂的代际学习以及非正式情境下的代际学习,形成“理解、互惠、融合”的代际学习设计理念。以代际理解为设计起点,以代际互惠为设计方向,促进老年群体与年轻一代在理念、观点、见识等方面的沟通融合。借鉴美国多个代际学习案例的实践经验与设计理念,我国高校应制定老龄友好的发展战略,建设大学—社区教育共同体,发挥高校校本优势,开展多元的代际学习模式,为代际学习开展提供支持,为迎接老龄化社会做好准备。

Understanding, Mutual Benefit and Integration: Investigating Intergenerational Learning in Colleges and Universities in the U. S.

Abstract:Intergenerational learning brings a new instructional mode to education of the aged in the new era. Many colleges and universities in the United States adhere to the concept of building an age-friendly university. Based on their academic and human resources, colleges and universities have explored the community-based intergenerational service learning, classroom intergenerational learning, and intergenerational learning under informal circumstances. The intergenerational learning design ideas, which are understanding, mutual benefit and integration, are formed. With intergenerational understanding as the starting point and intergenerational reciprocity as the direction of design, it promotes communication and integration between the elderly and the younger generation in terms of ideas, opinions and insights. Based on the analysis of the practical experience and design ideas of several intergenerational learning programs in the United States, it is suggested that Chinese universities generate age-friendly development strategy, concreate university-local community unit, and promote multi intergenerational learning mode to provide support for intergenerational learning.
