【摘 要】伴随新型城镇化与乡村振兴国家战略的推进,新市民已然成为重要的成人学习者群体,关注其教
育质量是构建高质量教育体系的必然之势。学习投入作为反映学习者学习过程的重要指标,是评价教育质量的核
心依据之一。本研究运用扎根理论的研究方法,基于对八名新市民学习者的持续性访谈与观察,发现新市民学习
者的规则性学习投入与互动性学习投入普遍较高,自主性学习投入存在分化;个体特质是新市民学习投入的中介因
素;学习动机是影响新市民学习投入的决定性因素;学习感知与学习支持同为影响新市民学习投入的条件性因素。

Investigating Learning Engagement of New Citizen Learners

Abstract: With the promotion of the national strategy of new urbanization and rural revitalization, new citizens have become an important group of adult learners. Their education quality is worth paying attention to in the process of constructing high-quality education
system. Learning engagement, an important indicator of learners’ learning process, is core to evaluate the quality of education. Based
on continuous interviews and observations of eight new citizen learners, the study uses grounded theory research method to find that
regular learning engagement and interactive learning engagement of new citizen learners are generally high, and there is a differentiation
in autonomous learning engagement; individual characteristic is the intermediary factor of new citizens’ learning engagement; learning
motivation is the decisive factor that affects new citizens’ learning engagement; learning perception and learning support together are
conditional factors that affect new citizens’ learning engagement.
