基于设计思维的协作问题解决能力发展教学研究

【摘 要】协作问题解决能力是21世纪人才培养的核心技能,研究分析了设计思维方法促进学生协作问题解决能力的可行性,基于EDIPT模型提出了面向协作问题解决能力发展的设计思维教学模式,并结合高校某专业课程,采用调查法、内容分析和滞后序列分析等方法收集和分析数据,开展相互佐证的实证研究。结果表明基于设计思维的教学能够促进深度协作交流,保障学生高投入状态,引导有效问题解决,从而更好地促进学生协作问题解决能力的发展,并同时带来更好的教学满意度。最后据此提出利用设计思维增强教学体验、有效构建协作学习流程框架、重视教学空间的衍生效果等教学启示。

Investigating Collaborative Problem-Solving Ability Development Teaching Based on Design Thinking

Abstract:Collaborative problem-solving is one of the core skills in the 21st century. This article studies and analyses the feasibility of design thinking method to promote students’ collaborative problem-solving ability, then puts forward a design thinking teaching mode for collaborative problem-solving ability development based on EDIPT model, and applys it in an university course in to verify the effect through analyses of cross-supported data on academic performance, self-assessment scale, online collaborative interactive text content analysis and lag sequence analysis. Results show that teaching mode based on design thinking would ensure students’ engagement, promote in-depth cooperation and communication, and guide effective problem-solving, to upgrade the development of students’ cooperative problem-solving ability and bring better teaching satisfaction. Finally, enlightenments on using design thinking to enhance teaching experience, effectively constructing the framework of collaborative learning process, and paying attention to the derivative effect of teaching space are put forward.
