【摘 要】在线学习是互联网时代兴起的一种新型的学习方式,交互是影响在线学习效果的关键因素,主要依赖于以文本为基础的媒介,交互文本的质量有效地反映了在线学习过程中的交互质量。大规模在线开放课程(MOOCs)是在线学习的一种重要形式,其特点是学习者与学习者、教师之间可以通过论坛进行讨论交流。MOOCs中最重要的交互形式就是论坛,论坛交互文本的质量的重要性不可忽视。然而现如今对MOOCs论坛的研究多集中于量化研究方面,缺少对文本质量的研究。本研究构建了交互文本质量评价模型,并以cMOOC《互联网+教育:理论与实践的对话》第二期课程为例对模型进行了案例分析。本研究构建的模型以及实践方法为评价在线学习交互文本质量提供了参考依据。

Construction and Practice of Interactive Text Quality Evaluation Model:Taking the cMOOC forum as an example

Abstract: Online learning is a new type of learning that has emerged in the Internet era. Interaction is a key factor affecting the effectiveness of online learning. It relies mainly on text-based media. The quality of interactive text effectively reflects the quality of interaction in the online learning process. Massive online open courses (MOOCs) are an important form of online learning, which is characterized by discussions and exchanges between learners and teachers through forums. The most important form of interaction in MOOCs is the forum, and the importance of the quality of the forum’s interactive text cannot be ignored. However, most of the research on the MOOCs forum now focuses on quantitative research and lacks research on text quality. This study constructs an interactive text quality evaluation model, and uses the cMOOC: “Internet+Education: Dialogue between Theory and Practice” as an example to analyze the model. The models and practical methods constructed in this study provide a reference for evaluating the quality of online learning interactive texts.
